  Dwellings: in all categories have been carefully selected for:

  Stores: Linen is provided in all dwellings according to the number of beds.
  
  Heating: Usually at an extra cost and regulated by timer.
  
  Optionals and extras: Some dwellings offer personalised services on behalf of the prorietor; such services are included in the descriptions of the dwellings with costs supplied on booking.
  Small children: For families with small children, we discourage renting of dwellings which are not held as being suitable due to particular architectural characteristics - not for reasons of discrimination but of safety.
  People with handicaps: In the case of customers with particular requirenents, Charminghomes will be happy to resolve any relative problems by recommending the most suitable accommodation.
  Animals: In particular dogs. The dwellings where dogs are welcome are marked with the appropriate symbol.

  We can find solutions other than weekly lets and so satisfy the precise requirements of our customers.
  Bed & Breakfast:
  We accept bookings for Bed & Breakfast premises in the area which have been selected by ouselves.

  Old fashioned The "Old Fashioned" category includes very old period dwellings, the modernisation of which was often not carried out in a radical manner as they required particular attention. The standards are therefore different to those of newly constructured dwellings in that there may be signs of ageing on the floors and walls. Charminghomes has verified that the service areas (kitchen, bathrooms etc.) are sufficient to ensure a pleasant stay.
  Divided villas
  Solution for two families, with independent entrances, often shared with the proprietors who are rarely in residence.
  Country Houses
  Farmhouses or country houses are nearly always located in the country and far from urban centres.The furnishings usually reflect the country style of the dwelling for a quiet and peaceful holiday immersed in natural surroundings.

  In city houses (Naples), in modern apartment blocks on the coast, set in private gardens or in period buildings.
  Les Petites Chic
  Small houses,usually 2-roomed, ideal for two people; independent buildings or part of a larger residence. Here the standard is always one of quality, even though the dimensions are reduced.

  Charminghomes will provide a guidebook containing useful addresses, a map of Massalubrense and information on the history and traditions of the area. The office is at the customers’ disposal for advice during their stay and to satisfy any eventual requests or requirements.
